"There are images that fall between categories that to me are fascinating snapshots of mankind's footprint in nature. Vernacular architecture of cabanas, barns, porches, and old mills have always caught my fascination. These subjects have an element of nostalgia and beg to tell a story. My intent is to preserve the timelessness of Coca Cola signs; service station clocks, anthropomorphic industrial shapes suggesting faces, faded advertisement signs and pentimentos. I cherish the importance of that moment I capture their essence, for demolition might be the next day."
