September Photography Retreat on Block Island

September is the finest month on Block Island. The crowds are gone; the days are clear and the nights, crisp. It is the photographer’s chance to reclaim the trails, coastline and vistas, while also offering the opportunity for your significant other to go to the beach, shop, or read on a porch overlooking the ocean.

For three days, join Cindy Horovitz Wilson at the historic and beautiful Spring House Hotel perched on a hill at the Atlantic Ocean. Your day may start with photography at sunrise, followed by breakfast and a leisurely stroll or optional long hike. Experience the beauty of the late day light with your camera, glass of wine and sumptuous dinner. Your instructor has lived and worked on Block Island for over 25 years, and has planned outings to less explored areas of the island.
